We are committed to making your stay as enjoyable as possible in our beautiful Grange over Sands hotel. We have 10 en-suite rooms, 1 premier double, 4 doubles, 2 large twins and 3 large singles. One of the double and single rooms are in their own corridor making them ideal as a family suite and some rooms are large enough to fit z-beds or cots into.

Each room is tastefully and individually decorated with comfortable beds with crisp, white linen, fluffy towels in the bathrooms, televisions, hairdryers and a hot drinks refreshment tray. All of the rooms are large due to the age of the building (the Victorians did like their large rooms), some even have room for sofas and are ideal for longer stays. The largest of all our rooms is our Premier double with the added luxury of a King Size Brass Bed. Two of the rooms are on the ground floor but there are some steps to the front door, there is also a gate to the side of the hotel, which bypasses the steps from the car park.

Also on the ground floor of our tranquil Grange over Sands hotel, we have a large spacious lounge, where guest can enjoy afternoon tea, browse through the local information provided or enjoy a drink from the bar in Lymestone restaurant, which the staff will be happy to get for you.

Enjoy a hearty Lake District Breakfast in the morning in the Breakfast room. You can choose from our buffet or have something cooked freshly to order by Master Chef of Great Britain, Kevin, and his team, using the finest Lakeland ingredients. If you have any special dietary needs please let us know when you make your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate them.
